Subject: Chris Lacy's has a new opportunity

Chris Lacy has decided to leave Zinio as of April 4th. He has an
exciting career opportunity in front of him and he feels it is the right
choice at this point in his career.

Chris has been an invaluable contributor during his time at Zinio. He
helped stabilize our existing platform, contributed to the design and
development of the recommendations system, and built out some of the
base framework for our 3G server platform.

While I am sad to see him go, I wish him the best of luck and continued
success in his new position.

Douglas Kadlecek
Director of Engineering
Zinio, LLC=20
